A sample question from Primary 2

Read the passage, then answer the question. Frogs start life as eggs in a pond. The eggs hatch into tadpoles. Tadpoles have tails and swim like fish. Slowly they grow legs and lose their tails. Then they are frogs! What do tadpoles lose as they become frogs?

Answer: their tails

Worked solution

  1. Find what changes on the tadpole.
  2. It says 'Slowly they grow legs and lose their tails.'
  3. So they lose their tails.

Read-only. Every other question opens after sign-in; each child's first round is free.
