The service
Prep by Sparko (“Prep”, “we”) at prep.sparko.club provides competition and exam preparation: courses, practice question banks, progress tracking, reports, tutoring and paid memberships. By using Prep you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Prep
Adults can create an account for themselves and manage learners. A child uses Prep through a guardian, who agrees to these terms for them and is responsible for their use. You may manage a learner only if you have the authority to do so, such as their guardian or a tutor the family invited.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account and on the learner profiles you manage. Tell us at support@sparko.club if you think someone else has used your account.
Free tier
You can try free practice without a payment card. What is free and what a membership covers are shown on the course and pricing pages before you choose a paid plan.
Memberships and billing
The price, billing period, learner coverage and renewal terms of a membership are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A subscription renews at that interval until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period, we do not lock you in. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or something went wrong, email support@sparko.club and we will make it right.
Tutoring and messages
Tutors on Prep may be people or AI, and some tutor answers may be generated by AI. Tutoring is study help, not professional, medical or legal advice. Keep messages respectful and about learning; we may review, pause or remove conversations to keep people safe.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Prep: no harassment or harmful content, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no reselling or republishing our question banks and explanations, and no using Prep to cheat in a live competition or exam.
Content
Prep’s questions, explanations, courses and software belong to us or our licensors and are for your personal study. Work you upload stays yours; you let us store and process it to provide the service, such as marking it and showing it to the guardians and tutors connected to the learner.
Accuracy
Competition dates, rules and requirements are gathered in good faith but can change. Always confirm with the official organizer before registering. Practice results and predicted scores are guides, not guarantees.
Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using Prep and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Disclaimers and liability
Prep is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email when a change matters to you; continuing to use Prep after that means you accept the updated terms.
